understand (why) it worked: because otk with bb was the teeth behind the 'toothless' threat of losing points, or at least she EVMly felt like that, subliminally/shadowly to some degree.  Question is whether it would be EVM loaded that way in future or if she'd honestly turn to me and say 'i don't care about pointz with you' as I 'pathologically' or genuinely-flawedly second-guessed myself into thinking she would.
